Jorge M: Actually it is not a bug it's the platform that has a limit of showing albums to 50 Jorge M: That all albums must show when using the app Jorge M: There is not limit search on the Spotify app Jorge M: Unfortunately, the option to show more albums is capped to 50 albums Me: take a look at Frank Zappa's artist page on the web app, and try to find Joe's Garage, one of his most popular albums if you click on "show more" under albums, you can only see 50 albums total Me: yeah, i can see all of the albums on phone Jorge M: Do you get this error message "something went wrong" ? Me: i posted this issue on the community site a few times over the last month, and its been ignored Jorge M: Hey, I see you are having issues with the Spotify Web Player, don't worry, i'll be happy to help :) So, you said: Spotify web player does not show all available albums for an artist when viewing an artist with a large number of albums Here is the chat log from customer service: I was told to use the phone app if I want to see all of an artist's albums. Good luck finding anything if you only use the Web App.
The Spotify Web App limits the number of albums you can view on an artist's page to 50.
